Marketing your home will involve using professional photographers to capture your home in high definition pictures, and a floor plan. These images will be used in the active listing found on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and for all the online marketing channels — Facebook, Instagram, Redfin, Trulia, Zillow and more — and all the print materials (Fact Sheets, postcards, brochures).
Open Houses
Now that your home is ready to become an active listing, I will host multiple Open Houses to ensure your home is not only available for buyers to explore, but also to “sell” your home to each and every group that attends. Because we spent time in the beginning of your home sale journey to talk through details of your home, I am prepared to combine my knowledge of your property and my experience selling, to quickly understand what buyers at open houses are looking for and how to establish rapport with them.

Home sales can be lost due to disorganization. Using a tested process of Sales Management, I will maintain an organized active sale of your home. All documentation of your home sale will be monitored, and we will have regularly scheduled calls and emails to keep you informed of the latest news about the listing.
