I will find homes fitting what you desire, assess market values, prepare your purchase offer, and get you to closing.

What we need to know

We will discuss the obvious home buying items — what kind of home do you want, what style, your budget, when you would like to move. We will also talk about the steps of buying homes — are you buying with cash or using a mortgage, do you have a local lender, the housing market, the search for homes, how I negotiate your purchase offer to close your deal, what you will need to get to closing on your new home, and more.

What is a buyer’s agent?

A real estate agent will be with you from the beginning of your home search until your home is in your name and you get keys, so you want someone you enjoy working with while you are buying. A Buyer’s Agent works for you, on your behalf, negotiating a home purchase that satisfies you. Agency is a business relationship, where you as the principal give authority to a real estate agent to act on your behalf with third parties (sellers of homes). Our Buyer Agency Agreement secures the terms of the agency agreement.

One attractive part of using a buyer’s agent is the commission for hiring a Buyer’s Agent is generally paid by the Seller*. All buyers should work with a Buyer’s Agent.

*Note: There are some rare exceptions when the buyer would pay the commission, but as a part of my responsibility as your Realtor®, I will inform you in those rare cases before you submit a purchase offer. You decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase.
